At Advanced Energy Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased directly from Thunder Power RC, please review our return policy below.
Note: This policy applies only to non-defective product returns. For issues related to defective items, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

 

Return Eligibility Guidelines:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

· Proof of Purchase is required.

· Return Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

· Once your request is approved, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be clearly visible on all return shipments.

· Return shipments must be received by Advance Energy Inc within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

· Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

· Refused shipments may be subject to a return fee.

· Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and are typically issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a Return Fee, as outlined below:

· Up to 15% Return Fee of the item's original (pre-discount) price for non-compliant returns.

· 15% Return Fee may apply to refused shipments to cover additional processing costs.
Return fees will be deducted from your total refund.

How to Submit a Return Request:

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and retain all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.

· Invoice Number

· Product Number(s)

· Quantity

· Phone Number

· Email Address

· Reason for Return
