At Advanced Energy Inc, we are committed to providing the highest quality products for the RC market. We stand behind our products and are dedicated to resolving all warranty claims quickly, fairly, and reasonably. We believe our reputation is built not only on our products, but also on the strength of our customer support.
Battery Warranty
· Batteries are warranted against original defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Replacement batteries do not start a new warranty period. For example, if the original battery has two months of warranty remaining, the replacement will also carry the same remaining two months.
· Warranties are non-transferable.
· Warranty exclusions include:
o Collateral, incidental, or consequential damage
o Misuse, abuse, or improper charging
o Use outside of intended purpose
o Alteration or repair by unauthorized personnel
o Charging batteries in parallel
Chargers, Balancers, and Electronics
· These products are covered against original defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the purchase date.
· Replacement items do not reset the warranty. For example, if six months remain on a warranty at the time of replacement, the replacement item carries that remaining time.
· Warranties are non-transferable.
· Warranty exclusions include:
o Misuse, abuse, or unintended use
o Collateral or incidental damage
o Alteration or unauthorized repair
General Warranty Terms (All Products)
· A valid receipt is required to verify the original purchase date.
· Receipts from second-hand sales will not be accepted.
· Advanced Energy Inc reserves the right to decline warranty or operator error claims in cases of:
o Policy or product abuse

o Intentional damage
o Unsafe or unethical use
Submitting a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be initiated by the original purchaser and submitted for diagnostic review.
Battery Shipping Guidelines:
· Ship via Ground Only
· Do NOT ship batteries in a charged state
· Discharge batteries to 3.7V per cell before shipping
(e.g., 7.4V for 2S, 11.1V for 3S, 14.8V for 4S, etc.)
· Ensure all batteries are securely packaged
WARNING: Improper packaging or failure to discharge batteries correctly may result in delays or claim denial.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.
